The department of chemistry is one of the departments to function with the beginning of our institution in 1964. The department started with only pass course in undergraduate programme. The department started chemistry Honours course in 2006 with small number of students. Now the students capacity is about 25. Our faculty members are continuously encourage the students for their better performance. The department is very proud that our students are enrich their goals after completing the course. Departmental Teacher’s are also uplifted their knowledge by involving various activities like research and participating in seminar, conference and workshop programme.
